After you fill out the form, we will send you a virtual high-five email acknowledgment and receipt.
Subsequently, you will have access to a self-booking system to select a convenient time for us to meet either in person, or virtually, so that we have a
1-2-1 opportunity to discuss and share our common interests within our region.
We aim to hand deliver your onboarding welcome pack in person and will endeavour to get this to you within 14 days of signing up.
New member jitters? No worries! You've got a 7-day cool-off period after we accept your application to change your mind. Got a change of heart? Just give us a shout within those 7 days – no hard feelings!
Your membership rocks for a year and renews annually automatically. Pondering a break? If you need some space, give us a heads-up 5 days before your renewal date, so we can catch that sneaky direct debit before it goes fishing for funds like a playful otter!
We like to keep things flexible, but sometimes the cards just don't align. If we can't get the payment thumbs-up from your card issuer or bank, we might sadly have to end our relationship early. However, we’ll endeavour to try and works things out first, before we say our goodbyes.
Set it and forget it with the Direct Debit magic. Automatic renewal means you can focus your energy on more pressing things.
The fees on the website call the shots. We might sprinkle a touch of price increase yearly, but we promise to keep you in the loop via your renewal email. Spotted a price glitch? We'll be on it faster than a squirrel on a nut! 🐿️
Protecting your data is our superhero power. Beacon CRM keeps your info secure in GDPR-style, with your marketing preferences stored safely. If sharing is caring, we’ll keep you posted on all things membership and throw in some promos now and then for good measure. You'll only get stuff directly from us - that’s our pinky promise!
